Eric Bernhard has a wide range of management experience, including  creative, production, marketing analysis, budgeting and fulfillment departments.

  • As the first hire at Synapse, Eric built the marketing and  creative teams and managed all marketing activities supporting its large and diverse client base.  This included creative development and production of over 10 million statement inserts each month for clients that included American Express, Citicorp, and others.  Synapse grew to become the largest magazine subscription marketing company in the U.S., and became a direct subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc. in 2006.

  • While at Sports Illustrated Eric managed their largest new business source, mailing in excess of 20 million pieces annually to targeted buyers. Under Eric's supervision, direct mail achieved historic levels of profitability and attracted the magazine's highest quality demographics.

  • Eric produced and built several E-Commerce businesses including, an internet retailer that has grown significantly since its 2004 launch and is now a partner seller at  Eric oversees all marketing aspects of TrueRenu including purchasing, merchandising, pricing, content, fulfillment and CRM.

  •  Eric managed the redesign and relaunch of Cayman Airways' frequent flyer program, as well as the design and production of their E-Commerce web site. benefitted with a 30% migration of bookings in first year.
